Marsuret Prosecco di Treviso Extra Dry

This is "small grower" prosecco. Grown on super steep hills. Extra Brut = a little sweet. Honeyness on the palette.

This is really good Prosecco. Beyond the typical to Prosecco, clean crisp, lemon and green apple flavors, this one has some secondary supporting peach and honey flavors that bring it up to another level. Deep, rich, structured mouth feel. Of course plenty of lemon and grapefruit puckering acidity.
