주말 이틀에 걸쳐 마심 검은 과실향 미디움풀 바디 탄닌은 상당히 부드러움 첫날 반병을 소형 디캔터에 따라서 마심 페어링은 텍사스바베큐 특별한 감흥 없음 그냥 평범한 까쇼 후추향이 강해 꽤 스파이시함 이가격에 재구매 의향 없음 다음날 저녁 남은 반을 마심 한시간전 냉장고에서 꺼내 온도를 올림 잘익은 검은과실 버섯 오크 바닐라 초콜릿 다채로운 향과 둥글둥글한 타닌감이 기분좋게 만들어줌 다시 마시게 되면 하루묵혀 마시는걸로

Classic cool climate Cabernet nose of black berries, green chillies, gooseberries and some tobacco leaves. On the palate, there are sweet blackcurrant fruits on top of the red bell pepper notes. Texture is rather smooth but it is not revealing much of its opaque structure. Medium-bodied. Finish is very clean with aftertaste of grape skins and smoked tobacco leaves. Ready to drink now and for the next 3-5 years.
