Thomas Perseval Champagne Rosé Millésimé Brut Nature Lieu Dit "La Masure"

Opened in HK. P&P and served blind. This was really fun to try - first experience with Perseval and the nose was reminiscent of a Ulysse Collin, though the palate was much more lean and mineral than expected given the nose. Very interesting and a great one to blind, thanks to T for sharing!
