60% Sauvignon Blanc 20% Semillon 20% Muscadelle Medium plus straw color, clear and fresh. Aromatics of quince, citrus, lemon peel, seaweed, salted orange peel. Medium plus body, dry. Fruit is still holding up nicely. Ripe citrus fruit, mango, pineapple, bitter melon. Candle wax, slightly burnt rubber, brine/salty midpalate. Finish v satisfying on toasted oak undertone. Perfectly quaffable white from Entre-Deux-Mers. 2014 is a very decent year for Bordeaux blanc that is very much at its peak right abt now. 88.
