Last of three purchased 3 years ago and the best bottle of all. Tangy with plenty of bright, layered, complex fruit on the mid-palate and yet minimal dosage leads into a dry finish.

Best of the three bottes I bought from Last Bubbles. Paired brilliantly with U4 diver scallops with in the first white course. Great acidity and a bubb1le stream that lasted through the last sip

Pale peach color. Bright and fresh with spring flowers, red apple skin and brioche on the nose and palate, dry finish. A brilliant showing that passed for French at an all-champagne tasting. Of note, the vineyard the fruit came from (13 different clones, I believe) was planted by wine legend Steve Spurrier in 2006.

Beautiful salmon color; freshness on the nose with dried flowers, white fruit, brioche and mineral. Notes of light cherry on the palate; good acidity.
