A few years has made this wine even better. This is approaching Grand Cru Champagne in quality. Just really fantastic wine.

This blend of 74% Pinot Noir and 36% Chardonnay is very mineral driven and low dosage. The fruit is ripe and the body steely. The nose is classic. Intended to be consumed with food, rather than as an aperitif. This is delicious.
