Joshua Cooper Nebbiolo Willoughby Bridge

Wonderfully made wine. Probably about a year or two past peak drinking. Colour was slightly bricking - little salmon/brassy tinges, and while it had lovely Nebbiolo grip and structure, it gave way to flavours that felt slightly flabby. Gorgeous in so many ways, and so long. Just that some elements were starting to separate and decline at different paces.
