Dark purple; ripe grape (15.5 alc.), prune, pepper and blackberry nose; mid-big body; big extract; mid-acids; tight tannins; good fruit; long chewy finish. BBQ and rib wine. 16 UC Davis scale, 90 other scales.

Purple to dark garnet and semi-opaque in the glass; Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, herbs, meatiness, and violets on the nose; tastes of fresh blackberries and pepper on the palate; medium(+) body, medium acidity, medium(+) tannins; long, tart blackberry finish. Great balanced Rhône blend that is elegant yet rustic at the same time.

This blend of 60% Syrah 40% Mourvèdre saw native fermentation and neutral oak which really let the fruit shine on this wine. Dark garnet in color and opaque in the glass; Aromas of bright blackberry, blueberry, herbs, and hints of cocoa on the nose with tastes of tart blackberry, briar, and pepper on the palate; medium(+) body, medium(+) acidity, and medium(+) tannins; long finish over over a minute.
