Carnivor Cabernet Sauvignon Bourbon Barrel Aged

Nose: medium intensity aromas of vanilla, chocolate, coconut, blackberry, cedar, black currant Palate: high alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ intensity, dry, medium acid, medium+ tannin, medium finish Bought on clearance, still alive imo, surprisingly good. In general, I find the bourbon barrel angle to be questionable, so I wasn’t expecting much from this wine, but it did exceed my admittedly low expectations.

Very much liked and will get again.
