Compared to my previous TNs this one shows a considerably stronger raspberry and blackberry note behind the dried juniper, pretty concentrated to the point of reminding me of a fruit drop. Much more agreeable than a village Beaujolais or something, but reminiscent of that. However, the cement nose and the chalkiness of the palate makes up for all that. TN just as last time (below) although it seems to me to have slightly improved: I was tempted to cast a 90. It is astonishing to me how the cement tank maturation actually shows up as cement on both nose and palate, but especially on the nice nose. Looking forward for next bottle in 2021. A definite rebuy.

A different approach to Bobal - a fresher... and going places that they haven't never would take Mustiguillo. No oak, native yeast, on the thin line of natural without loosing the perspective (barfing motion follows). Fresh and crunchy, stern. The palate I am told is round and soft but I don't quite think that is the case.

Fun cheap cement tank bobal. I love the cement smell. Bright and fresh and fruit and yet clipped in a really good way. Darn I like that.
