The Cups Estate Sparkling Shiraz

Surprising bubble still pretty strong, although doesn't last long... The shiraz is nice, as not too sweet with slight cocoa bitterness but less complexity. Much better than the standard Seppelt but not as elegant as the vintage. Overall pretty good
