Complex bouquet with butter, minerals and citrus. On the palate creamy and round with citrus, minerals and some caramel impressions. Beautiful wine which is fully mature now.

Deep gold-lemon colour. A very intensive nose of butterscotch, super ripe citrus fruit and an overlay of heavy floral notes - to me all of this is rather alarming. In the mouth this is fat, ripe, but I can only describe the overall impression as disjointed: extreme concentration clashes with sharp acidity. There is length. Somebody who likes fat whites, might even find this enjoyable. I do not.

Regular dinner group (By Me @ van der Dussen) : In the bouquet white fruits, minerals and crustacean. On the palate mostly white, but also some yellow tropical fruits. Fresh acidity and a good length. Kept the leftover really cool for several days and the wine gained in complexity. Also the focused citrus acidity showed better. Really good wine that will improve with a few more years of ageing.

Slight beginnings of oxidation, so a good time to open. Very creamy, with typical buttery toast aromas and tastes. Very nice.

A nice gold colour with no signs of premature oxidation. A fairly restrained nose but in no way restrained on the palate. Rich stone fruits with superb tangy acidity holding it tightly together. Good potential to age further.
