Calipaso Tempranillo

10 years old when opened. Brownish, hazy brick red in the glass, with big racy tears rushing back to the wine. Sediment there. Nose has wilted rose, dried cranberry, overripe banana, and dried cherry. Taste profile is savory, bitter - no sugars here. Almost no tannins. There is some oak influence still popping out, alongside a lot of overripe red fruit. Finish is sticky, with some vanilla / baking spice flavors lingering. Older Temp, but holding up really well.
