Vinalba Malbec Rosé

New to me and I expected a lot from a wine from Herve Fabre. The initial reaction was of dry fruit and acidity but, after a short time and when slightly warmer, strawberries emerged on nose and palate and the acidity seemed better balanced. My wife was intrigued by the ending and found a hint of cooking apples together with spring onion on the late/end palate.
