Domaine Rousset Crozes-Hermitage Blanc

Wines in France; 4/10/2025-4/20/2025 : Domaine tasting. 85% Marsanne, 15% Roussane fermented 50% in stainless steel and 50% in oak barrels. Rich and creamy but with sufficient acidity from the mix of peach and citrus fruit (or cedrat as Isabelle says). The most balanced of the whites to me.

apperance:mid gold nose: not that pronounced, lemon, yellow plum, hint of beeswax, delicate floral aroma palate: medium+ acidity; fairly rich mouth feel; creamy, quince, baked apple, pear, lemon on the mid palate, a little honey, citrus zest on the finish.
