My previous bottles were drunk too young. This one performed on its best on day 3: beautiful dosed and refined herbs, perfect acidity, mature fruit but still showing fresh, flowers... Quite a lot of volume, reminding me a bit of Tuscany but without any signs of barrelaging. I really enjoyed it a lot!

A bit on the rustic side with earthy touches, forestfruits, strawberries and herbs. Still on the young side, after 30 minutes or so in the glass the fruit comes more forward.

Still too young, even after a couple of hours in the decanter the fruit initially showed too sweet. But after some extra time in the glass the wine matured and the balance was there. Time will tell.

Strawberry, raspberry, hint of natural winemaking, acidity providing freshness. On the verge of being grape juice and not wine. OK, but if this is the remaining style of the wine, I would drink it slightly chilled during hot summer days to get the most out of it
