Rubí de capa media alta. Nariz atractiva, con algunos terciarios, notas de jaboncillo, fruta roja crujiente, matices especiados, cueros finos. En boca el ataque es bueno, los amargos intensos, el paso sedoso, tanino firme pero muy bien integrado, estructura media, largo y bien perfilado.

14% ABV. Decanted for two hours in the morning, poured after dinner. Ripe mixed berries, dark cherry, kirsch, earth, spices, vanilla, light tobacco, ethereal notes, and menthol, with medium-level acidity and very good length. Medium- to full-bodied, with good concentration. On day one, the alcohol was warming and out of balance, and the tannin coarsely texture, with a (too) generous dose of oak, and overall the wine felt disjointed. Has not moved much, quite identical notes. The fruit is fresh, intense, very nice and open. Red berries galore. Well balanced wine. #Wiesbaden

Nase mit Waldboden, feuchtem Laub, Pilzen, subtilen Himbeer- und Erdbeernoten; am Gaumen leichter bis mittlerer Körper, kräftige Säure, langer Abgang mit bitterer Schokolade; filigraner Wein, dem mir am Ende etwas die Substanz zu einem wirklich großen fehlt...

It's very difficult to give less than 93 points to a wine with such an exquisite nose. Medium garnet in color and fading to brown on the rim, with a nose that is fully mature and has wet forest floor, oriental spices and strawberry jam aromas. Medium bodied with quite high acidity, low level of tannins and a nice slightly bitter aftertaste. At peak right now, I assume it can keep for three more years at least.

Not clean, rubbery, disjointed. Good bottles are absolutely charming, not this one unfortunately. Not rated.

Beautiful Pinot with a spicy toasty nose, ripe fruit, leather nuances, elegant and precise with juiciness and clean finish.

Delicious ripe fruit, smooth and charming, spices snd oak, a little lactic, some smoky bacon, typical Rheingau, nice acidity and tension, minerals, silky tannins, good length.

Light, fresh red and glack fruits on the nose. Very green, raw flavours on the palate.
