blackberries, mocha, cassis, peppercorn, cedar, chocolate, forest floor, baking spice, savory herbs and black cherries. Aging gracefully, not as full bodied or as energetic as the big name producers, but it's still good.

Ummm wow is all I can say. Went with a pop and an hour wait then a pour. Very dark and brooding with slight bricking on the edges. Dark cherry aromas with hints of blueberries dominate. Very nice mouthfeel and nice tannic bite. This wine is alive and well. I would imagine it has numerous years left but if you drink it now you will not be disappointed.

Two hour decant, then drank over next three. Super good the whole time, maybe even a little improvement over that time. Everything's pretty well integrated already. Probably five or more years of great drinking built into it, maybe even more.

Huge Cali Cab. Was Reticent to open this soon, but found all components were working in beautiful balance. Chewy, extracted, spicy, yet silky, the wine shows great promise for years to come. Perhaps a bit on the top end at around $90, one should have a couple of bottles--at least--to experience its aging progress over the coming 5+ years.
