Talbott Pinot Noir Sarah Case Sleepy Hollow Vineyard

Doing quite well with 8 years under a screw cap.

Fruity nose. Lots of fruit in the initial taste. Well balanced with some zesty notes, but not sour. Pleasant finish. No alcohol.

Ripe, slightly creamy blackberry aromas with floral and slightly dusty notes. The palate starts rich and fruit forward, and is almost cloying with it's ripe flinty black fruit, which in turn fades to spicier more green notes.
