Under screwcap. Bought on release and cellared since. Deep fairly primary colour. Rich, very ripe seeming red and black cherry, berry and plum fruit. Showing a little savoury development. Flirting with over-ripe and I would like it a touch dryer. Nonetheless full and showing real Bannockburn character. I expect it to drink in this style to at least 2032.

Decanted 1 hour. Bold fruity nose. Sharp light fruit attack with an acidic finish.

Rich floral wine. Roses and spice. Drinking well now, but at least 3 or 4 years left in it. Should have bought more.

The bottle was opened for about an hour but the wine was not decanted. Rich and complex red fruits - cherries, plums and darker berries. Fine structure. The rich fruit was balanced by oak with hints of pepper and herbs. Everything beautifully balanced which made it both delicious and very easy to drink. Paired with roast spatchcock, sweet corn risotto, tomato pickle, chilli & spring onion at E'cco Bistro, Brisbane.

Deep red color with a cherry nose. Dense in the mouth and quite full bodied for a pinot. Low acidity. Good depth on the mid palate and a decent finish but just lacks that earth and minerality that you can only find in Burgundy. I can see others liking this more.
