Very pleasant aperitif. Ripe pear and very subtle pineapple. Crisp, with minerality and acidity adding flavor and character without being the center of attention. Fun but not overly enthusiastic bubbles were welcomed by all.

A perfect summer sparkler with more heft than typical of sparkling pure-Glera wines from this region. Our bottle was a 60% garganega--other past bottlings might not have been.
