Dark in color, you find licorice, dark red fruits, chocolate and floral scents. The wine is lush, round and fat with sweetness, flesh and a hint of jam in the chocolate covered plum finish. Give it a few years before popping a cork.

Grand Cercle wines: Mainly 2015 just bottled (Chateau de Pressac Saint Emilion) : Comes across a bit stolid to me. The alcohol is felt, but not over done either. Still I feel it is rather heavy. A bit monolithic. Just not coming away all that impressed here.
