Maison Champy Masterclass (Binny's - Chicago IL) : Ripe apple, baked apple. Ever-so-slightly sweet, very enjoyable. Short and simple, but certainly fun.

A Few Miscellaneous Wines in Burgundy, Outside of Meals and Tastings; 6/23/2015-7/5/2015 (Cote d'Or) : Straight off the bottling line at Champy yesterday, this couldn't be fresher and will be a great summer wine in '15 and '16. Cross-section of apple with some lemon on the finish, this is clean, crisp and refreshing. Thanks, Dimitri.
