Fernand Thill Champagne Grand Cru Brut

Purchased at the winery several years ago. Lots of mineral with fresh pastry and a hint of lemon on the nose. Palate shows buttered brioche, slightly under-ripe peach and a hint of ginger. Nicely done and a great memory of our trip.
