Solid Bdx for the price. Appearance: dark ruby. On the nose, classic Bdx - black currants, dark cherries, some spices some oak. Medium intensity. On the palate, same dark/black fruit flavors with a medium finish. Medium + tannins. Overall, pretty solid for the price.

Earthy notes of graphite, blackberry, blueberry, slight cassis, sage, tea and candied plum. Moderate acidity, fine ground tannins, slightly peppery finish.

This is a very tasty Merlot blend from Bordeaux. Fruit forward with medium acidity and a nice mouthfeel. Full bodied, dry and balanced.
