Can't say I've had a whole lot of braggots in my day, but with The Bruery having released two variants in quick succession, you know how I had to compare them side-by-side! The most prominent character in both the nose and the palate is the banana, but it never gets so overwhelming that it tastes artificial or exceedingly sweet.
