Not what it used to be... Decoy is a good name for this wine: is passes for a decent pinot noir but its reputation is totally undeserved. Barely 8 years old and no structure, little fruit, little tannic structure, low acidity. Bland would be a better name.

So disappointing in so many ways. Light..... fruit forward, ..... but unbalanced and acidic. The mouthfeel is bright, acidic and unbalanced. The flavors are slightly underipened cranberry and youthful, unripened strawberry fruit.

Hint of smoke, spice, dark fruit, bit of alcohol, on its nose. Red fruit, some oak, mouth watering finish which is nice. Silky and round, slightly grainy on the finish. Very pleasant to drink.
