Popped and poured. Aroma of black fruit and leaf. Mild, subtle flavors of berry fruit and earth. Clean black fruit finish. Lovely, with firm acid, attractive flavors, some complexity. Classically styled Cahors (in spirit, if not in name) though on the light side of that spectrum. Delightful.
