Absolutely Beautiful!! Distinct Mint, a stunning complex fruity medley of black currants, black figs, plum, espresso, a bit of spice , with subtle oak in the backdrop. Soft texture. Does not taste like 25 years old at all; just like a 10 years old. New world wine are keepers! Cest la vie. Garnet.

This bottle was going over the top a little as it lacked tannic grip and the fruit was a touch juby. Drink up!

Still going strong after 20 years, this Coonawarra Cab blend is just wonderful. A med bodied flavour machine, it has subtleness and suppleness to ease it's plentiful elements through your palate and down your throat before you are too aware of it. Sip, sip... there it goes. Good colour for a 18 year old Oz wine costing $16.00. No signs of browning but almost translucent to the core. The nose was complex tertiary elements: tea, cedar, leather. The palate followed the nose with more fruit flavours evident (small blackberry), but what was most enjoyable was the balance of the wine.
