Semillon grapes from a block planted in 1993 in Constantia Valley. Fermented in second and third use 600lt barrels and aged for 7 months on its lees. Reserved on the nose with suggestions of grapefruit, beeswax and floral undercurrents. Mineral with persisting acidity. Nervy thanks to its 3,03pH and long with a mouth-watering citrus aftertaste.
