Mainly from Dalsheim and Westhofen. Like the Weisser Burgunder 2018 from this estate, this is fresh and energetic, but it is not as tight or closed, the Pinot Gris character already shines through and the juicy fruit (melon, flower honey and even unripe pineapple) is inviting, the style is elegant and the expression is crystal clear. Well balanced and cool, with a touch of white nuts on the finish. Unshowy but very appetising. Drink now until 2023+.
