Medium pink to salmon with a bit of a wild strawberry/flinty nose. Rich and fruity on the palate with intense fruit that comes off as a bit sweet but it certainly works. Pale salmon in color with a peach hue. Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and tiny bubbles. Dry on the palate with nice complexity. Showing limes, strawberries, lemons, pomelo, light grapefruits, herbs, light earth, green apples and white pepper. Nice length on the finish with spices and almonds. Dry on the palate with lemons, strawberries, raspberries, citrus, green apples, grapefruits, herbs, earth and spices. Tangy finish with limes. This is a nice and easy drinking sparking wine from Oregon. Nicely balanced and refreshing. Tangy and interesting. Feels fresh and enjoyable by itself and with food. …

A little bit of that earthy funk on the palate. And then tart cranberry fruit. Chemistry for the Valentine's Day.

The Fourth Annual World’s Largest Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine; 12/20/2021-12/23/2021 : Bubblegum pink with a strawberry-rhubarb going on in the glass. Very fruity and a bit on the sweet side, but the tartness is able to keep up. Plenty of fruit and a vibrant sparkle, I could see how this would be a crowd-pleaser. www.thedrunkencyclist.com

Pale strawberry robe. Energetic Pinpoint perlage, sumptuous mousse. Red berry (raspberry, strawberry) nose. Framboise, cherise, wild strawberry, golden apple notes. Brilliant acids. Food friendly, accessible, fresh.

Med-light body, high acid, good red fruit flavors. Needs a touch more dosage for an apertif, but goes well with medium to rich food as it cleans the palate well.
