Honig Sauvignon Blanc Late Harvest Rutherford

Dark golden straw color. Big Carmel colors and bright floral notes. Thick molasses coating on the tongue - with sweet berry, Carmel and a lingering finish. May have been brighter if I drank sooner. Remember it being more fruit forward at purchase.

Still unbalanced. Not enough acid or mineral. Not a centerpiece.

Bright and incredibly forward, this brims with coconut, orange blossom, mango, custard, and honey flavors. Medium bodied and impeccably balanced, light on its feet for the style, finishing with delightful pineapple and apricot flavors .
