Definitely showing age more than last bottle, pours with a burst of fizz but then settles into a minimally carbonated state with a slightly viscous mouthfeel. I forget the varietal blend but tastes as much like Riesling as Chardonnay. Ripe orange and underripe tropical fruit blend, a slightly minerality but not a lot of yeast character. As ever this is a great value sparkling wine though there’s really not much reason to cellar these, last couple bottles were marginally better.

Solid little sparkler. 88 avg on CT is a bit brutal as I'd give it a 90. Good fruit, sweeter yellow fruits, but not overly so. Not generic by any stretch of the imagination. This wine really has pretty good bones. Is it immaculate? No. Transfiguring? No. Pretty dang good for $19? Absolutely. The last one, and a nice way to end a very hectic week.

Nice cremant. As expected. Yeast, etc. Like Champagne, but the finish is medium minus. Great for the price.

Strong expression of Elsasser terroir. Fresh, piercing, and lifted. Notes of deciduous forest floor and artisan soaps. Pinot Gris stands out. 88-89.

Drinking well, balanced and drinkable food wine or casual drinker with nice bready chatacter and not too much fruit or richness.

Lifted and expansive. The bouquet features Alsatian terroir in spades. Lively, inflection-changing character. It can pair with a broad range of fare.

Nice and light, very dry, good core of fruit mostly tropical.

Pale straw color. The mousse had loose lacing that quickly dissipated, however it maintained a good effervescence in the flute. On the nose, cooked apple and a sweet, bready note that I could not entirely feel was biscuit. Immediately after tasting I am reminded of the packaged apple slices from a McDonald's Happy Meal. The apple note is prominent, and is followed by the minerality of the wine. The long finish was dragged out with grapefruit. No acidity, dry, moderate …

Pleasent. Biscuity.

Crisp fresh apple and some lemon, grass and meadowy flowers. A bit of richness/toast but less than a typical brut champagne; there’s shortbread character on the finish in particular though. Relatively dry but friendly, with pretty good acid and M body. I think the Riesling and Pinot Blanc show more than the Chardonnay. This is simple but very likeable and good quality; I paid $16 on Last Bottle marathon and at that price the qpr is outstanding. Wish I’d bought …

Fairly simple bubbles here. Light straw yellow color with fat bubbles. Smells bready, with sourdough, saline, and iron, maybe a little lime and green apple/pear. Light and easy on the palate, with very light mousse, medium acidity and finish, and flavors of lemon, lime, green apple, pear, and mineral. It's aight.

Off balanced. Dry / mineral but didn't have enough acidity to carry.

Lively with acidity, toasty, good fruit. Well worth the money and more proof of the value of Cremant.

Nice minerality. Fragrance of apples and grapefruit. Tastes strongly of grapefruit and lime. A vigorous mousse. Great QPV!

A fun little sparkling wine, with aromas of orchard fruits and citrus. A nice creamy element on the palate; I say "Cadbury egg cream filing," Emily says "powdered milk, but in a good way." Very pleasant and a good value at $14. "Very good," 87/100.
