Excellent village wine. Drinks above it's pay grade. Reticent nose, but expressive palate redolent with pinot noir fruit and minimal or no oak. Nice acidity provides focus. Decent finish. Drink this wine young. Open for business now but expect no improvement with time in the cellar.

this could stand a bit of bottle age still; nice mix of dark cherry, raspberry and plum fruit with a mix of peppercorn spice, meat juices and an almost chalky-like minerality at first. This opens up more in 30 to 40 minutes, gains weight and width. Good core of relatively dark fruit.

sweet cherry, berry, length, balance

Deep purple colour, intense, still ripening cherry flavours, slightly smoky, medium finish, with fine, refined balance. Still seems very young and took several hours to begin to open up. This has the potential to become a truly sensational wine for the price.
