The nose was dirty and had some plum/raspberries going on that translated to the palate and finish. Not very exciting, plus it was heavy for a Pinot and very hot.

Had it with with halibut last night, thought it was stunning, surprisingly fruit forward on the palate and nose for a pinot. Dad has 2 more bottles, sincerely hope I get to partake in those as well.

Scubarex opened this at his home over the weekend. 2nd time I have had this. Very nice Pinot with similar notes as before. 90-91 points.

This was served blind with pot roast at our home over the weekend for a few CWM. I thought this improved the most when paired with food. The fruitiest of the 8 wines blinded. Young wine though. 91 points.

Tasted blind with pot roast. I did not think it was a very good match. Seemed to capture all the bitter notes of cranberries and boysenberries without the fruit sweetness. Very light and gamay-like. Weird fishy finish, like smoked trout. Some interesting grilled meat notes on the nose salvaged a mid-80s rating for me.
