Jean-Baptiste Bejot Gevrey-Chambertin

Nice Gevrey nose with earth, a hint of funk, but then loads of char and wood, with raspberry. On the palate, good acidity, some charry notes, bitter strawberry, coarse tannin on the finish. Better with cheese.
