Barrel aged wild ale with Riesling Grapes and Apricots. PNP into Restaurantware Sampler Beer Tasting Glass (“No” day): Deep orange to the eyes, some fine deposits. Bright citrus fruits like grapefruits and lots of high toned herbal spices, faint hint of reductive notes on the nose. Quite high but fine boned acidity, smooth textured carbonation. More hay notes in addition to the fruits as consistent on the nose. Finish with some brett. 93-94 points easy.
