Couleur originale, rose pêche, pelure d'oignon, légèrement brouillé Nez discret, levure de bière, kombucha. Bouche savoureuse, mélange de fruit blanc, melon miel, pêche à chair blanche et de bière blanche ! Acidité faible. Similaire à certain vin slovene vieillé en amphore. Très original. Dommage ce vin, avec ce cépage, est la dernière cuvée et millésime produit par Pax Mahle et somme toute partout dans le monde...

(Huh. Found an orphan bottle in the cellar that was never recorded coming in.) What was charming and lovely a year ago has becoming flat and ungainly.

There is a really good glou core here. Nice acidity and a rich white wine depth. A bit of floral and slightly raspberry fruits as well. Really does well with food.

I like this wine, but it was better at the winery. Pretty good on the first day, but I was surprised at how only one day after opening and being stored in the fridge, the wine was pretty flat and sour. Otherwise, a pleasant and unusual wine that comes off a little bit like a rose. Acidic and fresh, with some unripe stone fruit, guava and flowers.
