A lot of Wines at Tommy's Clambake (again) (Tommy K's.) : The nose is chocolate and raspberries. Nice texture. Some complexity. Black raspberries on the palate.

This was a great bottle. My last of the 2007 vintage for me. I think this will still show well far a few years but was really nice and soft with a pliable back bone. Nice dark fruit on the nos and palate with a touch of earth. Just beautiful.

Typical California pop and pour--not very interesting. Nice nose --good for aperitif but not substantial enough for any dinner. 85 points

A little uneven for me... changed drastically from start to finish. Consumed over several hours and was allowed to breath for 30 mins before drinking. LOTS of flavors going on. Honestly think would have had a better drinking experience if done another evening under better conditions.

Have you heard of the Zinfandel "fruit bomb"? Of course you have. Epiphany has an answer for that: it's called the chocolate bomb. Chocolate on the nose, and more on the palate, with a hint of cherry and perhaps blueberry. It works. It should get even better and more integrated with some more age. Smooth too. We enjoyed this exceptional wine with steak, potatoes, corn and tomatoes. Can't have enough Revelation. Glad we have several more bottles in the cellar.

Smoke, fat, floral aspect from the PV, blue fruit on the nose.Interesting blends leads to a funky can't place that nose! Likey. Rich mouth feel, Syrah hot climate dominates the palate, tannins and oak are strong players, needs time.
