Carte Blanche Sandstone Seven Alder Springs Vineyard

This northern Rh�ne white look a like has an unctuous texture. Great aromatics and simply very pleasing. The honeysuckle seems to have the first chair with quince and light almond notes on the back. Everything is in the right place. Great juice.

Good but not great Very cloudy w/ smooth mouth feel

The Rousanne and Marsanne provide richness and depth, but not too heavy. The viognier provides good aromatics and freshness. This wine is drinking wonderfully today. Great texture, balance and complexity. The fruit, oak and alcohol are well integrated. Good juice!

Nice citrus and slight melon. Nice wine to have with chicken, veal, cheese, or light food. No oak which was most impressive. Nicely done.

PnP with a chicken Caesar salad and a grilled chicken spinach salad late at night back in the room after some great live music.....toast, cream, citrus with bracing acidity, floral notes, sweet white flowers.......think a toasty, creamy floral/flower arrangement with a biting finish. One of the better white blends I've had lately. Perfect with our food choices. A classy well made white. If you enjoy Dave Phinney's Mannequin white blend, you'll probably enjoy this too.
