Jerry & Darren's Riesling and Nebbiolo Do (The Drapers Arms) : Half. Wow, this is full-on, perhaps even OTT (dare I say cloying?). Very, very honeyed. I would like more acidity. Glad to have tried, but... hmmm.

WSET II Class; 2/8/2025-2/9/2025 (Atlanta, GA) : During day 1 of my WSET Level II course in Atlanta, we blind tasted 13 wines as part of our systematic approach to tasting training. The wines were presented in pairs to demonstrate various winemaking techniques, regional differences, and quality levels. We evaluated appearance, nose, palate and assessed the overall quality of each wine.
