Interesting that according to the listing this is two years past drinking dates, but this bottle was much better than the one that I had 2 years ago - I tried it just as an experiment and I was happy I did. Complex, on the dry side, but mellowed more and enjoyable.

I second WY Leonidas' note. Hard to to beat for $10 shipped. Easy going quaffer with decent complexity. Plays well with food.

Bright red cherry, fruit forward, with plenty of good sangiovese character. Herbs, wood, earth, juniper, and a silky texture thanks to the merlot. Excellent easy going tuscan.

Ruby in the glass, moderately aromatic nose of red fruits, palate is dry and balanced, plum, currant, dried berries, green herbs, eucalyptus, vanilla, note of cedar, baking spice, bright acidity, elegant tannins, medium body, long finish. Nice

Quite purplish red. I read several comments this wine is light. It isn’t light at all. Medium-full, not opaque but tries to be there. Grapey blackberry nose, moderate tannins and quite dark fruit driven. Despite aged in barriques, I am not detecting a lot of wood beyond a hint of it. It is still not very complex but time may help here. It isn’t spice and earth driven but time could bring some of that. Ok now but fruit driven …
