Gibbston Valley Pinot Gris

Dinner at Tian Lai (Tian Lai, Johor, Malaysia) : Very pleasant - and great with seafood zhi char dishes. This had attractive nose without being OTT, showing aromas of citrus limes, a hint of florals, some bitter orange, and then a hint of some chalky minerality beneath.
