Kellerei Bozen / Cantina Bolzano Alto Adige - Südtirol Sauvignon

Really nice. Enough power to go with food. Had it with pizza with great success. Enough elegance to drink on its own. Did know sauv. blanc could age this nicely. Super intense color, almost fluorescent yellow. Floral aroma, sweet lemon. Palate equally fresh, but also with nice nice liqorice finish. Would buy again.
