Deep red colour. This drinks like an aged Bordeaux. Red fruits, pencil shavings, bit of oak. Lacks a bit of intensity on the palate, but will try some of the higher offerings from this producer. Good value will definitely re-buy.

55% Cabernet Sauvignon 28% Merlot 12% Cabernet Franc 5% Petit Verdot Enjoyed this Cab dominant Super Tuscan. Well integrated, but maybe a bit more one dimensional on the fruit side. There is a bit of a bell pepper note that reminded me of South American Cabs I have had in the past. great value

Great QPR. Well balanced

Darkest red, black core --- Nice vine, what you can expect from an Italian Bordeaux blend, dark fruit, flowery notes, some spicy aspects accompanied by tar and minerals. Better on day one, missed the flowery notes on day two. However, this is a really nice vine at this price point.

Another fine bottle

Well balanced fruit and terroir. Pleasant on the palate through to the medium long finish

Great and balanced Bolgheri Bordeaux blend that is already drinkable at a young age.

Decanted 1 hour / not long enough. Wine was tight, which is more my fault than the wines! Upon decanting deep purple hue w/big berry nose. 1st pour aroma of figs, plums w/good legs. Flavor of ripe plums, soft leather with mildly acidic finish. The acidity softened as the meal progressed. Went well with Grilled Ribeye. Either cellar for a few years or open 1 day prior.

Very pretty color of ruby with a wide reddish rim. Nice nose with unique aluminum notes. Medium plus in body with medium acidity. Dry on the palate with red and black fruits, earth, herbs, oak, chocolates, vanilla, licorice, spices, tobacco and peppercorn. Long finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries. This is a very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Bolgheri in Tuscany. Elegant and fruity with nice complexity. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Easy drinking and needs …

Dark fruit, airy spice, a little violet

Very young but already excellent. Tasted alongside what was left of Lafite 1996, Gruaud-Larose 2009, Smith-Haut Lafite 2011(see previous notes). None of these were better….

Beautiful supertuscan. Notes of dark fruits, and spices. Great finish!
