Francis Blanchet Pouilly-Fumé Les Débuts

Slightly wider, slightly more tropical and white fruit / white flowers than the VV. But still very citrus-based. The typical smoke of a Fume is quite muted at this point. It may need the most time of all the Blanchet offerings. Interesting, but perhaps not my favorite from this house.
