Good stuff, initially quite acidic and citrusy. After an hour, the wine opened up more and more and became clearly more balanced. It showed complex aromas of white fruits like fresh pear, a nice minerality and herbal, almost peppery notes. Good length and paired well with pike perch with green asparagus.
