Really nice salmon color wine, red fruits with white cherry flesh notes. Bubbles dissipate quickly, ok finish, nothing offensive, serviceable Cava rose.'

Pale light pink. Nice fine bubbles, not much mouse. From a champagne flute so can’t get much on the nose. Strawberries, sour cherry, unripe apple on the palate. Nice freshness and intensity. Medium length finish. Good cava here. Not complex, but fun and fresh.

Honeysuckle on the nose that moves into a beautiful Rainier cherry, Honeycrisp apple, and Nasturnum. The Rainier cherry hits the front of the palate, with nice acidity to the back of the palate that sits like that honeycrisp with a butter-based pie crust. The aftertaste lingers nicely without being offense. Such a joy to celebrate.

Superbe robe saumon avec des fines bulles. Un nez sur des fraises et une touche de pain. La bouche est soyeuse tout en étant sèche avec des saveurs de petites fraises des champs.
