Powerful tropical, banana filled nose. Big and ripe, full of sweet tropical fruit but not too overblown. Still a fair amount of freshness and a creamy vanilla finish.

85% aged in stainless steel, 15% in oak. Surprisingly high in acidity according to the analysis, 7,2 g/l! Pale green color. Somewhat restrained and quite tropical fruit-driven nose with aromas of pineapple and some peach, with an undercurrant of stuffy, toasty oak that strips the nose of its freshness and gives it a musty, woolly character.
